Project Description
Mavrovic Architects designed the renovations to this existing Victorian style home. The renovations included a new 2 car tandem garage, a new family room, and a front porch addition. Along with the porch additions, new landscaping was created to compliment the path leading to the front door.
Located within a residential neighborhood, where parking space is at a premium, a private garage adds security and convenience. To meet this challenge, the existing front yard was reconfigured and excavated down to the basement, thus providing the necessary access to the new garage.
