Project Description
Mavrovic Architects was contracted for interior and exterior renovations to this Squirrel Hill residence. Additions extended the great room, kitchen, and Master Bedroom. The new living space accommodated a home office and larger kitchen, which was further expanded to include a walk-in pantry. The Master Bedroom's walk-in closet was installed above the home-office. Exterior renovations included roof extension over the new additions, repair/replacement of wood siding, and resurfacing of exterior entryways.
Further amenities include: a conventional forced air heating/cooling system, new windows and doors for the additions, hardwood floors in place of vinyl on the 2nd Floor, new roofing materials, and reseeding for the backyard.
