Project Description
Contracted for interior and exterior renovations for this 4 story appartment building. New areas for parking and recreation, new lobby space, new elevator, new hallways, all finishes, interior appartment layouts with bedrooms, baths, kitchens, and closet space, new plumbing and electrical work, windows and doors. 18 appartments approx. 1,500 SF each. All new fixtures and amenities such as parking, a Fitness Center, and Laundry Facilities.
