New World Asian Plaza
Project Description
Mavrovic Architects PC teamed with Highland Associates of Scranton, PA to develop plans for an Asian-inspired plaza. Occupying four city blocks along a deteriorated city street, this “Chinatown” concept includes a bank, restaurants, grocers, retail storefronts, an apartment complex, hotel tower, and a 700-car parking garage.
