Mavrovic Architects PC provided architectural services for the renovation of a 52,000-square-foot former grocery store into a dynamic, modern retail and service shop for a motorcycle dealership.
A new facade was designed to give the exterior a sleek look, while the large open floor plan was arranged to accommodate display, service, repair, and warehouse storage areas. The retail portion of the building features floor and elevated motorcycle displays, clothing racks, accessory cases, an employee training classroom, and customer lounges.
